Body Renewal is a unique 1:1 offering designed to assist my soulmate clients in getting to know their bodies intimately, decode the pain body and begin to alchemize the emotional body. When you begin to intuitively connect and listen to your body, it begins to commune with you. Telling you what types of food and beverages to nourish it with, what type of movement it is needing in this season of life, what emotions may be blocking flow, balance and abundance.
I created this one of a kind service because of the many years my body went through physical pain, emotional imbalance and mental dis-ease. I tried everything to bring harmony into my inner world and it took decades for me to realize that I wasn’t listening to what my body was truly needing. I finally chose to emotionally decode the pain which began to unravel the heightened emotions, which then lifted the deep mental dis-ease.
The body is an intricately woven web of mental, emotional, physical and energetic vibrations. When you choose to invest in this temple of yours it begins to love you back, forgive you, strengthen you, harmonize you, energize you.
